JOB PROFILE
We are looking for a candidate who can take responsibility for the project & understand the client's requirements. The major part of his role would be to choose the Team and assign the work accordingly and ensure smooth communication. He should be able to get the work completed in the given time or should be able to create a feasible timeline as per the requirement and communicate that to various stakeholders involved in the process. They should also be able to understand dependencies and limitations and should convince/convey that to respective stakeholders.
● Excellent Fluency in English. (Written & Verbal Communication)
● Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Sheets.
● Interest in Social Media, Websites & Mobile Applications.
● Basic understanding in Functioning Websites, Progressive Web Applications (PWA), Web Applications, Mobile Applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
●Able to take responsibility for the progress and completion of the project.
●Need to be able to communicate with Clients efficiently. (Email, Phone & WhatsApp)
● Understand the client requirement, offerings as per company policy.
● Choose the right resources as per client requirement, dependencies & timeline.
● Need to complete the work from the internal team within the time frame.
● Understand & Communicate dependencies.
● Ensure team & resources adhere timeliness.
● Ensure project task completion from resources and team.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
●1st Phase: Introduction and Past Experience
Duration – 20 Minutes (Telephonic)
● 2nd Phase - Task to be completed within a Stipulated time
Duration – Dependent on the Task Assigned (Candidate needs to be present at our office)
● 3rd Phase – Remuneration Discussion with Head of Project Management and Management.
Duration – 30 Minutes (Candidate needs to be present at our office)
SALARY / REMUNERATION
● Hike as per Market Standards on the Last Drawn Salary*
● Compensation of minimum Rs. 15,000 per month during Probation..
● Incentives up to INR 5,000.
● Travelling Allowance is added up to INR 5,000
● Compensation is between Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 / per month after a Probation period of 3 months. (Based on Individual Interview Discussions, Selection and Bi-Weekly Review)
