Internship for Graphic Designer / Video Editor / Content Creation

• Fresher* / Minimum 6-Months of experience in Graphic Designing.

Note: *If Fresher, then a Graphic Designing Course along with Tool Knowledge and Practice of Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is a must.
Fresher’s are considered for the same role, however will be interviewed and chosen for Paid Internship which can range from 1-3 months.

• Graphic Designer will be responsible for curating Social Media Posts viz. both Static & Video Format, Creative Adaptation and Quality Checking the same.
• They should also be willing and keen to learn and create Pages / Screens for Websites, Web Applications & Mobile Applications.
• They will be working on tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop. Maintaining proper File Names, Layers etc. is a must
• Candidate must be well versed with Designing Standards along with Social Media Standards.
• Adaptive Designing for various Clients as well as adhering to their brand guidelines.
• Knowledge of Quality Checking, Alignment and Adjustment of Elements and Photos, finding Elements or Photos through Online Search using 3rd Party Resources.
• Basic idea of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and WhatsApp Posts & Advertisements along with adaptation.

• Adhere to Brand Guidelines as per the Requirements while working on Projects.
• Create and adapt the Design to Multiple Sizes and maintain Standards.
• Creating Static, Dynamic and Video Posts for Social Media Platforms as per Client Requirement.
• Quality Checking and Creative Analysis of Designs.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design and layout tools.
• Eager to Learn Web Designing and move ahead within 6 months.

1. First Phase (Duration – 30 minutes)
   • Introduction and Past Experience
2. Second Phase (Duration – 120 minutes)
   •  Task to be completed within a Stipulated time
     (Candidate needs to be present at our office Location)
3. Third Phase (Duration – 30 minutes)
   • Remuneration Discussion with Creative Designing Head or Management.

• Basic Monthly Salary ranging between INR 18,000 to INR 24,000.
• Incentives ranging between INR 1,500 to INR 3,000.
• Travelling Allowance is additional up to INR 2,000.
• Standard Hike as per Market Standards on the Last Drawn Salary for Experienced Personnel.
• Fresher’s will be considered for Stipend and Travelling Allowance for 1 – 3 Months.

• 7-Hours Work Day.
• 2^nd and 4^th Saturday Holiday.
• Reviews and Promotions within 6 Months – 1 Year.
